Great explanation mysher. Thanks for the insight! One other question I had pertained to options with a spread of more than a few cents. I know its preferable to trade an option with a tight spread, but on occasion when a certain stock is moving fast (on news or some other factor), and might have lower volume options with a larger spread. Where do you place your limit order in such a scenario?
